ABOUT US
WE HELP ACTIVE PEOPLE IN RICHMOND RECOVER QUICKLY FROM INJURY AND OPTIMIZE HEALTH SO THEY CAN GET BACK TO THEIR SPORT, THEIR HOBBIES AND LIVING THEIR BEST LIFE.
Often by the time people make it to this page it is because they have something they wish they could be doing, but pain and/or injury is limiting them.
Many have come after seeing their physician who prescribed muscle relaxers and pain medications but it either did not help, they are worried about becoming addicted, or have come to the realization that just treating symptoms without addressing the cause is a losing battle. Some have even had surgeries they found did not fully help the issue or made it worse.
Others have seen their athletic trainer or massage therapist to try to address the problem but those professionals don’t have the legal capacity or skill set to treat complex pain and injury.
Sadly, others have come from other physical therapists who pushed exercises that could have been done at home, and had limited manual therapy skill to address root causes of their pain. You are not alone and have come to the right place.
IS PAIN KEEPING YOU FROM YOUR SPORT OR ACTIVITIES THAT BRING YOU LIFE?
